Jocelyn family papers, 1810-1935 (inclusive), [microform].

A copy of the material compiled by Foster Wild Rice on Nathaniel Jocelyn; his brother, Simeon Smith Jocelyn; and Simeon's two sons, Simeon Starr Jocelyn and Albert H. Jocelyn, engravers of New Haven and New York City. Included are copies of engravings and etchings of bank notes, illustrations, portraits, and maps together with correspondence and biographical material. The engravers worked for several companies, among them the American Bank Note Company; Jocelyn, Draper, Welsh & Co.; and Toppan, Carpenter & Co.
